Alhamdulillah , all praise and thanks is due to Allah and we pray for His peace and blessings on all the messengers and particularly on the last of them All.   ioza.org is an initiative by the Islamic Network SA &  is our small way of giving back, purely for the sake and pleasure of almighty Allah, to the diverse Muslim community which shaped our thoughts and nurtured us to become servants in the path of Allah.   We pray that Allah, most kind, would accept our humble service and efface our sins and guide and bless us and the entire Muslim Ummah.

What is ioza.org?
Islamic Organisation ZA is a portal which offers take-away websites for Muslim Organisations, Movements, Charities, Masajid fee-sabilillah!   So while there is no monetary cost to you, we hope to be getting some reward from Allah for our work    You are able to sign up and request a sub-domain, for example masjidname.ioza.org, which is then preloaded with a blogging platform (WordPress) in this case.   All of this happens really quickly and you have a range of templates to choose from which will allow you to begin adding your information, all within hours/minutes (depending on the time of day of course…) of signing up.   You can also get up to 3 email addresses @ioza.org (more on request) for use in your organisation.

No Cost, Really?
Yes. No cost to you at all, not now or any time in the future. Allah has blessed us with knowledge and means from places we could not have imagined, so we are doing our duty to bring the Muslim Community online.

But Why do we need to be online?
Modern Muslim youth (and many adults) are spending an increasing amount of time online, due to many factors. In some cases this does present a risk but it also presents an immense opportunity for reaching out to them and to other non-muslims. It is reported that the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) used to draw in the sand while describing certain things to the Sahaba Ikraam. Large parts of the computers which make the internet possible are made of Silicon, which is really just sand. So in a way, we are re-establishing this Sunnah of using silicon as a medium to spread the Deen!

Sometimes many opportunities for learning and da’wah are lost because people are simply not aware of activities in the Area’s or at their local Mosque.   Publishing these activities on line goes a long way to re-establishing contact with the community.

Is it reliable?
ioza.org is hosted on the same reliable infrastructure which powers hundreds of other websites all around the world. The network it is hosted on has multiple redundant links to various global providers and has over 50Gigabits per Second of fibre optic bandwidth.

Who can apply?
Application is open to any masjid or organisation subscribing to the beliefs of the Ahl ‘al Sunnah wal Jama’ah.

What’s included?

• We will help you POST your content and get an initial site up.
• We are willing to train someone from your community to continuously update the website.
• IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE CONTENT FOR YOUR WEBSITE!.

What don’t you provide?

We do not provide long term storage space for Videos, Audio or large amounts of photos.

For this we suggest you use free online services like :

Video and Audio
Youtube, Vimeo, Halaltube etc who will host and provide storage for your lectures.
